Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine brown rice flour, tapioca flour, and salt.

  3. Dust a clean surface with brown rice flour and knead the dough for a few minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  4. Divide the dough into four equal parts.
  5. Roll out each piece of dough into a thin sheet using a rolling pin.
  6. Use a pasta cutter or knife to cut the dough into your desired pasta shape.
  7. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add the pasta.
