- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb chicken livers, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Large skillet
- Wooden spoon or spatula

Method
- In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces with a wooden spoon or spatula.
- Add the chicken livers and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until they are cooked through.
- Add the onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic to the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the vegetables are softened.
- Add the parsley, scallions, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, thyme, oregano, paprika, and cayenne pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir well to combine. Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
