- 1 large head of cabbage

- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Carefully remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and trim the stem. Blanch the leaves in the boiling water for 2-3 minutes until they are soft and pliable. Remove the leaves from the water and place them in a colander to drain.
- In a skillet or frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until they are soft and fragrant.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

- Place the cabbage rolls in a baking dish and pour the tomato sauce mixture over them.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
