Method
1. Begin by preparing the cauliflower. Cut off the florets and pulse them in a food processor until they resemble rice. Alternatively, you can grate the cauliflower using a grater. 2. Add the frozen peas and carrots to the skillet and cook until they are heated through. 4. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 30 seconds. 5.
