Drain the water from the rice and add it to the pressure cooker. Mix well. 8. Add 2 cups of water and mix well. 9. Close the lid of the pressure cooker and cook on medium flame for 2 whistles. 10. Once the pressure releases, open the lid and fluff the rice with a fork. 11. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
