- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Method
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
- Add the onion, green bell pepper, garlic, and ginger to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the soy sauce, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala.
- Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables and spices.
- Push the rice to one side of the skillet and add the beaten eggs to the other side.
- Scramble the eggs until cooked through, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir the scrambled eggs into the rice mixture.
- Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and stir to combine with the rice mixture.
- Stir in the chopped cilantro.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
