Method
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.

- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover with a lid.
- Cook for 30 minutes, then add the cooked meat to the pot and stir to combine.
- Cover the pot again and cook for an additional 15 minutes or until the rice is cooked through and the liquid has been absorbed.
- Remove the pot from the heat and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Fluff the rice with a fork and serve.
Notes
