Method

  1. Wash the rice and soak it in water for 20 minutes.

  8. Add soaked rice and mix well.
  9. Add 2 cups of water and mix well.
  10. Cover the pressure cooker with the lid and cook on medium flame for 2 whistles.
  11. Turn off the flame and let the pressure release naturally.
  12. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
