- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar

- 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar

To make the hot sauce, whisk together the sriracha sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper in another small bowl. Set aside. 6. Once the chicken and rice are cooked, it's time to assemble the dish. Spoon a generous amount of rice onto a plate, then place a chicken thigh on top.
