Ingredients

Method

  1. Heat the wok or skillet over high heat and add 1 tablespoon of oil.

  7. Add the beef or chicken back to the wok and stir-fry for an additional minute.
  8. Remove from heat and serve hot.

Notes

  • Be sure to use fresh rice noodles for this recipe, as dried noodles will not work as well.
  • You can use any vegetables you like in this dish, such as broccoli, mushrooms, or snow peas.
  • If you prefer a spicier dish, you can add some chili flakes or hot sauce to the sauce mixture.
