- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup of uncooked egg noodles
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Method
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped chicken and cook until browned.
