Method

1. Add the chicken breasts to the slow cooker. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic on top of the chicken. 3. Stir everything together until the rice is evenly distributed. 6. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. 7. Once the cook time is up, remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks. 8. Add the shredded chicken back into the slow cooker and stir everything together. 9. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
