- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup water

Method
- Mix rice flour, besan, cumin seeds, ajwain, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, sesame seeds, salt, and oil in a mixing bowl.
- Add water slowly and knead the dough until it is soft and pliable.
- Take a small portion of the dough and put it into the chakli maker. Press the dough through the chakli maker and make swirls on a greased plate.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan on medium heat.
- Carefully lift the swirls and put them into the hot oil.
- Fry the chaklis until they turn golden brown in color. Take them out and put them on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
- Repeat the process for the rest of the dough.
- Let the chaklis cool down and store them in an airtight container.
