Recipe Tips

- Use a beef chuck roast for the best results. It's a tough cut of meat that becomes tender and flavorful when slow-cooked. - Don't skip the searing step. It adds flavor and helps to create a nice crust on the beef. - If you don't have a dutch oven or heavy pot, you can use a slow cooker instead. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the beef is tender. - Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
