- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Equipment

Method
1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lime juice, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. 3. Add the trimmed flank steak to the marinade and toss to coat. Transfer the steak and marinade to a zip-top bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours. 4. Spray the grill or grill pan with cooking spray. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the excess marinade. 5. Grill the steak for 6 to 8 minutes per side or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes. 6. While the steak is resting, heat the cooked rice and black beans in a large skillet over medium heat. 7. Cut the steak against the grain into thin strips. 8. To assemble the burritos, place a warmed tortilla on a plate. Add a scoop of the rice and beans to the center of the tortilla. Top with a few strips of the grilled steak, chopped cilantro, onion, tomato, and shredded cheddar cheese. 9. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly. 10. Serve the burritos immediately and enjoy!Notes
If you don't have a grill or grill pan, you can also cook the steak on a stovetop griddle or in a cast-iron skillet.Nutrition Info
