- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

- 3 cups of water
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro, chopped

Method
- In a large bowl, combine the pork, garlic, sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce, vegetable oil, black pepper, and salt. Mix well and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
