- 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped

- 1 tsp of cumin
- 1 tsp of oregano
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 cup of pitted green olives
- 3 potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks

- Salt and pepper to taste

Method
